CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES | |
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla Thank You brand pie filling Vanilla wafers Cool Whip Put cupcake liners in a cupcake pan. Put a vanilla wafer in bottom of each. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla together. Put 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture on top of each wafer. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Put pie filling on top and dab with Cool Whip. Makes about 2 dozen cupcakes. |
