LEMON COFFEE CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. dairy sour cream 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder Pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (22 oz.) can lemon pie filling TOPPING: Crumble together: 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. brown sugar Mix butter, sugar, sour cream and soda. Add eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to butter mixture. Add vanilla. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread with lemon pie filling. Put remainder of batter on top. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
