"POPS" TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. fresh/frozen turkey
3/4 c. oat bran
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. dried wheat bread crumbs (fast method: toast lightly in toaster, then crumble)
3/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash garlic powder
1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash salt-free seasoning

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and press into ungreased 8 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 6. Approximately 220 calories/serving.
