MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 slices toasted bread
1 can cream of mushroom soup or golden mushroom soup
1 egg, well beaten
Chopped onions to taste
Worcestershire sauce if desired

Mix together beaten egg, soup and toasted bread crumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped onions to mixture then add ground beef. Mix by hand until well mixed, adding milk until of soft consistency. Let stand overnight in refrigerator to mix flavors.

Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Lower heat to 225-250 degrees, cover with foil and cook for 2 hours or longer.
