BING CHERRY SALAD 
2 pkg. cherry Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 #2 can pineapple rings
1 #2 can dark cherries in heavy syrup
2 (6 1/2 oz.) Coca Cola, chilled
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 (8 oz.) bottle stuffed olives, sliced (save juice)

Mix 1 can cherry juice from the can, 1/2 cup pineapple juice and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil, turn off heat and add Jello. Stir until well dissolved. Add cherries and pineapple - the cherries halved and the pineapple cut into 1/8 inch pieces. Add the Coke slowly. Chill until slightly congealed and add chopped cream cheese and nuts. Chill until firm. Serves 12. Substitute olive juice for some water!
