MELISSA'S FAJITA SOUP 
This is a great recipe. A lot like chili too. Second and third day the flavor is even better. Very easy to make!

1 lb. ground meat
2 pkgs. taco (or fajita) seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
1 (15 oz.) can black beans
1 (15 oz.) can diced or crushed tomatoes
4 cups water

Stir it all into a large pot and simmer for a few hours. Garnish with dairy sour cream, green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.

Vegetarian Variation: Use Morning Star vegetarian meat crumbles instead of the ground meat.
