AWARD WINNING FAJITAS 
1 red, green, and yellow bell peppers
1 or 2 onions, thinly sliced
chicken breast strips
juice of 1 orange
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Fajita seasoning

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet, add chicken and cook until white on all sides. Add sliced peppers and onion; squeeze the orange juice over skillet, mix together and cover. Simmer on medium-low heat until peppers are tender (do not boil).

Fill tortilla with ingredients and favorite toppings and serve.
