CORNED BEEF SALAD 
3 oz. box lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 c. Miracle Whip
2 c. celery, finely cut
1/2 c. onion, finely cut
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
12 oz. can corned beef

Mix jello with waters according to package directions. Cool to jelly stage. Add crumbled corned beef and remaining ingredients; chill. Serve on lettuce leaf.
