STUFFED CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lg. head cabbage
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. garlic clove, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
1 lg. can tomatoes or tomato juice

Steam cabbage head in large kettle of boiling water (covered) until leaves loose and are easy to peel off. You can return cabbage to kettle if necessary.

Mix hamburger, onions, green peppers, garlic, salt and pepper and rice together. Take small amount of hamburger mixture and roll up in cabbage leaf. Layer cabbage rolls, sauerkraut and tomatoes in roasting pan. Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
