POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
8 oz. or 2 cup bag shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 container sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Saute onions in melted butter. Mix all ingredients together and spread in flat casserole sprayed with Pam or buttered.

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Crush cornflakes and mix with butter. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
