POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash brown cubes
1 sm. chopped onion
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. crushed cornflakes

1. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish with hash brown cubes. Sprinkle chopped onion, salt and pepper.

2. Melt 1 1/2 sticks butter and pour 1/2 of this over potatoes.

3. Heat and mix cup of chicken soup, sour cream and Cheez Whiz. Pour over potatoes.

4. Mix remaining butter with crushed cornflakes and spread over casserole.

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
