4 c. shredded potatoes
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. green onion, sliced
4 crispy cooked bacon slices, crumbled
Pepper to taste

Combine ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with additional bacon and onion, if desired. Cut into wedges.
