2 lg. pkgs. hash browns (square patties), leave out overnight to thaw 1 lg. Cheese Whiz WHITE SAUCE: 1 stick butter 6 tbsp. flour 3 c. milk Mix white sauce till thickens. Add Cheese Whiz to sauce. Melt together till cheesy. Add garlic to taste. Pour over hash browns in 9 x 13 inch pan and stir together. Hash browns should be broken apart in pieces. Bake 1 hour or till bubbly and lightly brown on top. |
