POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen Ore Ida hash browns
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz
8 oz. carton sour cream
1 stick butter
1 c. bread crumbs

Place potatoes in a 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Drizzle 1/2 stick melted butter (reserving other 1/2 for bread crumbs) and sprinkle chopped onions over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl mix (melted) Cheese Whiz, sour cream and soup together and pour over potatoes. Mix remainder of butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
