VEGETABLE MEDLEY SALAD | |
1 c. white corn 1 c. French cut green beans 1 c. LeSuer peas 1 c. celery 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. spring onions (tops included) 1/2 c. red salad vinegar 1/2 c. Wesson oil 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper Drain vegetables and place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, toss and mix well. Cover and let chill. Refrigerate overnight. |
