CHEESE HAM SOUP | |
1 lb. ham, cubed 4 1/2 c. water 3 med. potatoes, diced 1 carrot, diced 2 tbsp. onion, chopped Cook about 1/2 hour. Add 2 tablespoons butter. Blend 3/4 cup flour with 3 cups milk. Add to stock. When thick, add 1/3 pound cubed Velveeta cheese. If boiled, it curdles. 8 servings. |
