BAKED OYSTERS 
1 can whole oysters (or 16 fresh oysters, cleaned and shucked)
1 c. flour
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Olive oil

Season flour with salt and pepper. Dip oysters in seasoned flour, then into slightly beaten egg; roll in bread crumbs. Sprinkle generously with olive oil. Place in a shallow oven-safe dish and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
