BAKED OYSTERS 
1 1/4 sticks butter
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
Pinch of salt, pepper, and cayenne
4 pt. oysters, drained

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large skillet, heat butter and oil. Saute onions, parsley, and garlic. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt, black pepper, cayenne, basil and oregano. Add to skillet and mix well. Remove from heat and add oysters. Stir gently; put into 2-quart baking pan. Bake 15 minutes until brown.
