BEEF ROAST 
3 or 4 lb. beef roast
1 can mushroom soup
1 box brown onion soup mix
1/2 tsp. salt

Wrap loosely in heavy aluminum foil. Cook at 325°F for 2 hours. Gravy will be made when roast is done.
