EASY SUNDAY BEEF ROAST | |
4 lb. beef chuck roast (or any cut) 1 Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup 2 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce 2 c. water 1 lg. size (14x20 inch) cooking bag Salt and pepper to taste Combine soup, browning sauce and water in a bowl; mix well. Salt and pepper the meat to taste and place in a cooking bag in shallow roasting pan. Pour liquid over the meat and tie bag. Cut a 1 inch slit in the top of the bag and place meat in a 325 degree oven. Roast for approximately 3 hours. Remove the meat from the oven and carefully drain liquid into saucepan. Make gravy from the liquid - it's excellent! |
