TUNA FISH CASSEROLE 
2 c. med. fine noodles
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
1 1/4 c. flaked tuna or salmon
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. buttered crumbs
3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 tsp. fat
1 tsp. flour
1 3/4 c. milk

Cook noodles in boiling water and drain. Melt fat in saucepan, blend in flour and salt. Slowly stir in milk. Cook sauce until thick. Remove from heat and add cooked noodles, grated cheese, fish and eggs and pimento. Pour into greased baking dish. Sprinkle top with buttered crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
