MAKE AHEAD MASHED POTATOES 
8-10 medium to lg. potatoes
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Butter, salt, pepper, paprika

Peel and cook potatoes in salted water. Mash. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream. Put in 2 quart casserole dish. Refrigerate. When ready to bake, pat butter and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 6- 8.
