KUNG PO CHICKEN | |
4 chicken breast cut into bite size pieces and cooked garlic clove, pressed soy sauce peanuts 1 tbsp. chopped/shredded ginger root ˝ cup chicken broth 2 tbsp. Hoisin sauce corn starch 2 tsp. chili sauce (soy sauce and crushed red pepper) large onion, coarsely chopped shrimp broccoli green pepper, coarsely chopped white wine (your choice) Along with carrots, celery, cabbage and anything else you think goes with it! In a skillet with a tablespoon of olive, peanut or vegetable oil, sauté the chicken and set aside. Prepare the onion, garlic, pepper, broccoli and shrimp. Mix the chili sauce, Hoisin sauce, chicken broth, ginger root, corn starch and wine and puree in blender.
