CARROL'S MAC AND CHEESE | |
2c of elbow macaroni 3 tsp of unsalted butter 1 1/4c of whole milk 3c sharp cheddar cheese 1c Kraft shreded parmesan, ramano and asiago cheese mix 2 large eggs 1tsp of sea salt 1/2c Italian panko seasoning Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook macaroni according to box instructions. Drain macaroni then pour in a 9-inch casserole dish. Cut butter into pieces mix into macaroni along with cheese and salt. In a separate bowl mix eggs and milk together then pour of macaroni mixture. Add more milk if it doesn't rise to height of mixture. Sprinkle the panko seasoning on top then place in oven.
