OATMEAL HAWAIIAN BREAD 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oats
2 1/2 c. (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
3 c. (10 oz.) flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine eggs and sugar; beat until light (about 2 minutes). Sift flour, salt and soda. Add to egg mixture and blend until smooth about 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mix very well.

Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from pan immediately and serve warm or cold.
