OATMEAL RAISIN BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. rolled oats
2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease a 9"x5" loaf pan or 2 small sized loaf pans. Combine ingredients thoroughly. Spoon into pan, filling just to 3/4 full to allow for rising during baking. Bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center of loaf comes out clean. Remove from pan and place on wire rack to cool.
