BANANA BREAD OATMEAL | |
1 cup quick oats 1 cup milk (substitute 1 cup water with 1/2 scoop vanilla or plain whey protein) 1 banana diced small 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 tsp. cinnamon sweeten to taste with sweetener preference (maple syrup,sugar,sugar substitute etc.) optional Place oats, milk, raisins, cinnamon and diced banana in a microwave safe bowl. Stir then microwave on high for one minute. Let stand for two minutes. Stir in sweetener. Makes two servings. Submitted by: hologramhealing |
