CABOOSE SALSBURG STEAK 
5 slices day old bread
2 stalks chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 grated carrot
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Soak bread in water to almost cover. Squeeze out water. Mix meat, vegetable, and seasoning. Shape into 6 steaks. Brown in fat or oil. Add tomato sauce and 1 can water. Cover and cook slowly for 30 minutes.
