LEMON STREUSEL CAKE 
1 lemon cake mix
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Mix cake mix and butter until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup for topping. Stir in milk and eggs until smooth. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice for filling. Drop into cake batter and cut in. Mix nuts with reserved cake mix and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
