DOUBLE LEMON STREUSEL CAKE 
CAKE:

1 pkg. lemon cake mix (any brand)
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. chopped nuts

In large bowl, combine cake mix and butter at low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture for topping. To remaining crumb mixture, add milk and eggs, beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.

In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and lemon peel, beat until smooth. Drop cheese mixture by spoonfuls on to cake mixture. Spread evenly to cover cake batter.

In second small bowl, combine reserved 1 cup crumb mixture and nuts. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
