MARINATED LAMB CHOPS 
4 thick round bone or shoulder lamb chops
Olive oil & spices for marinating (see directions)
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. anchovy paste
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 mashed garlic clove
Pinch of oregano

Marinate chops overnight in olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. In small bowl, combine mustard, anchovy paste, lemon juice, garlic and oregano. Remove chops from marinade and spread both sides with mixture. Broil or grill.
