ORIENTAL LAMB CHOPS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 shoulder or arm lamb chops

Combine all ingredients except lamb chops. Pour over chops and chill at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Place chops and marinate in baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender. Serve over rice or noodles. Makes 2 to 4 servings.

I loved this! This recipe turned out great on my lamb chops. I let it marinate in the fridge for 24 hours, grilled them for 5 minutes per side, flipping 4 times.
