ROSEMARY CRUMB COATED LAMB CHOPS | |
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. Dijon mustard 2 tsp. butter, melted 2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper 1/4 tsp. J.D.'s Magic 1 tbsp. Polander's chopped garlic 8 rib lamb chops Place bread crumbs in shallow dish. In small bowl, combine mustard, butter, rosemary, salt, pepper, J.D.'s Magic and garlic. Mix well. Lightly spread mustard mixture on all sides of the lamb chops and coat with bread crumbs. Place lamb chops on a broiler pan which has been sprayed with Pam or another cooking spray and place 6 inches under broiler. Broil for 8 to 10 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once. This is great served with our mint jelly sauce. |
