ALL-IN-ONE CHOP DINNER 
Chops (any kind - lamb, beef, veal, etc.) - 1 per person at least
Baking potatoes - 1 or more per person
Carrots - 1 lg. or 2 sm. per person
Onions - 1/2 to 1 per person (depending on size of onion)
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice onions into rings or strips. Scrape carrots. Wash potatoes. Place onions in bottom of baking dish. Place chops over onions. Salt and pepper chops. Place potatoes and carrots over chops. Cover pan with foil or a tight-fitting lid if pan has one. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.

I added olive oil (on top after putting in pan), garlic powder, a squirt of lemon juice and a teaspoon of oregano. Salt and pepper after constructed. I also sliced 2 potatoes and cooked them with the rest. These 2 recipes combined were wonderful!
