ONE BOWL BROWNIES 
4 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high for 2 minutes until melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Stir sugar into melted chocolate mixture. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour and nuts. Spread in 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Don't overbake. Cool in pan; cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
