PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4 thick pork chops
Salt
Oil
1 c. rice
Flour
Pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup

Roll pork chops in flour. Place in frying pan with about 1 tablespoon oil. Sat and pepper to taste. Brown meat on both sides. Remove from pan. Put remaining flour in grease. Stir, then add the soup and 1 can of water. Add rice. Stir. Put the meat back in the pan. Cover and cook on medium low for about 1 hour.
