LEFTOVER CHICKEN OR TURKEY
CASSEROLE
 
3 c. cooked turkey or chicken, cut into cubes or sm. pieces
1 c. celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 jar pimentos, diced (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole. Cover with crushed potato chips and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until chips are brown. Serve with noodles. Serves 4-6.
