ITALIAN CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken or chicken parts
4 or 5 lg. potatoes, sliced
1 lg. bottle Italian dressing
1/2 bottle olives and a little juice
1/2 juice lemon

Clean chicken and cut in parts. Place in the bottom of a roasting pan. Cut potatoes. Place over chicken. Cut olives over potatoes. Pour about 3 tablespoons olive juice over all with lemon juice. Pour Italian dressing over all. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender and potatoes are done.
