BARBECUED BRISKET OF BEEF 
1 (6 to 8 lb.) beef brisket
Celery, garlic & onion powder (or salt)
1 (3 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
6 oz. barbecue sauce
Worcestershire sauce

Place brisket in large roasting pan with lid. Pour entire bottle of liquid smoke over brisket. Generously sprinkle entire brisket with celery, garlic and onion powder. Turn brisket fatty side up. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before cooking, sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Bake covered at 275 degrees for 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Remove meat from oven and pour on barbecue sauce. Let cool in pan. Refrigerate until chilled. Slice and wrap in foil to reheat or freeze. Serve with barbecue sauce.
