ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (butter type)
1/2 c. cooking oil or 1 stick butter
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice

Mix together in mixer. The oranges will come to pieces. Bake in 4 layers at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Cook and cool the cake. Mix pudding and pineapple together until begins to thicken and fold in Cool Whip. Put between layers and on top of cake.
