ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, undrained 4 eggs 3/4 c. cooking oil 1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 (4 serving size) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix, dry 1/4 c. sugar Mix together cake mix, eggs, mandarin oranges and cooking oil. Bake in greased 9 inch layer pans for 30 minutes, or in one 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool. Combine Cool Whip, pineapple, pudding mix and sugar. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate until serving time. |
