ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
Duncan Hines yellow deluxe cake mix 1 can mandarin oranges 1 lg. can pineapples 1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding 1/2 c. oil 3 eggs 1 lg. Cool Whip Stir into the cake mix the oil, eggs and oranges with juice and beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Bake in 3 layers for 20 minutes at 350 degrees, then allow to cool. For icing, mix the pudding, pineapples with juice and Cool Whip and spread it between the layers and on the outside. Refrigerate the cake for 4 hours. Before serving, the top may be dressed with a few orange slices. |
