MANDARIN ORANGE-PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. oil

Add oranges, eggs, and oil to cake mix and mix well. Pour into 4 greased and floured 8 or 9 inch cake pans. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (4 serving) instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, chilled

Mix pudding mix and CHILLED pineapple - juice included. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread between layers and on top and sides. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
