ORANGE PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 cup canola oil
3 egg whites
1 can mandarin oranges

Prepare cake mix with canola oil and egg whites. Add can of mandarin oranges. Mix well and bake.

Icing:

3 oz. lite cool whip (do not use fat free)
3 oz. instant sugar free pudding (vanilla)
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drain juice

Mix juice with pudding then fold in cool whip and pineapple.
