BETTY'S CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 red Jello (3 oz.)
1 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 apple, diced
1/4 c. walnuts

Heat cranberry sauce and strain. Dissolve Jello in juice and water. Add salt and lemon juice; chill. Fold in cranberries, apple and nuts. (Betty never served it before midnight, optional.)
