1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peanut butter
3 c. uncooked oatmeal

Melt butter; remove from heat and add remaining ingredients while butter is hot. Mix well and spoon out on plate and let cool.
