1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and boil for 3 minutes. Add 3 cups oatmeal. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and cool.
