APRICOT CHICKEN | |
1 pkg. chicken thighs, drumsticks 1 lg. env. Lipton onion soup mix 1 jar apricot preserves (12 oz. or 18 oz.) 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing Remove skin from chicken. Place in baking dish; sprinkle onion soup mix on. Add the apricot preserves on top and then the Italian dressing. Cover with foil to bake. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
