APRICOT GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
8 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cut up

Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix dressing, apricot preserves, soup mix, and water together and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
