VANILLA CHIP COOKIES 
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 cup Macadamia nuts, chopped, lightly toasted

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cream butter until light and fluffy, gradually adding sugars and beating until well blended.

Beat in vanilla and egg. Stir together flour, salt and baking soda. Add flour mixture to creamed mix, blending well. Stir in white chocolate, nuts and coconut. Drop by level tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes or until golden. Remove to wire racks to cool.

NOTE: White coating chocolate may be substituted for white chocolate chips. It can be cut into chip size pieces. Yield: 36 cookies
